Hello Everyone,

I am considering my options as I ask for letters of recommendations from professors and am wondering if it is possible for me to use a letter of recommendation from a person that I have TA'd for rather than one that I have taken a course with. I received academic credit (P/NP) TAing for this professor am wondering if this will satisfy what schools are looking for when asking for a science professor letter.

The reason I'm considering this over professors I have taken courses with is because I have TA'd with this professor for multiple quarters and believe that she knows me far more better than any professor I have taken normal courses with.

Any opinions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Possible to count it as a professor LOR? Yes. Will it count as a science letter? It's worth a shot.

Sounds fine.
