Letter of Recommendations

Hi all,

I'm currently shadowing a few optometrists right now for the summer but I'm not going to be applying until next year. Since the letters of recommendations has to be sent in by the optometrists themselves, I'm afraid they are going to forget all that I contributed if they had to write it a year after I had shadowed for them. So what should I do? Please help, thank you!!!

Hmm I guess the best thing might to talk to them about your situation? That you're planning on applying next year and was wondering if you could get a letter of recommendation? That OptomCAS would email the form when the application starts July 15? just a thought, and see what they say. I'm sure they'd understand 🙂
