For clarification, my school doesn’t do committee letters but does do letter packets.

All my LOR writers are getting them in to my university by July 1st. As such, I’m going to request them to be released ~July 1st/2nd. My school says that it takes around 2-4 weeks to process letter packet releases.

Am I good to submit my secondary applications before my LOR packet gets released to AMCAS? Especially asking for schools like UMich or Cooper Rowan, who want a 2 week turnaround time for secondary applications.

Thanks!

Address what you can control. Get those secondaries done. The letter packet/committee letter will arrive soon enough.

Absolutely. I’m just curious - can ADCOMs receive my letter packet after I submit my secondaries? I just wanna make sure I hit the deadlines without having my app be DOA.

Unless the letter packet is sent by the slowest possible US Mail service with no tracking and it gets lost in campus mail delivery, you will be fine. We don't live in the year 2000 anymore. (This last sentence hurts.)
