Update letter questions

Hi all,

I recently got a new clinical job and I have a few questions about the update letters I am planning to send to schools:

Do I need to provide supervisor name and contact information in the letter?

Do I need to provide current/projected hours for a full-time clinical position?

Do I need to include anything about how the content of my update fits with the school’s programs/mission or is that trying too hard?

Should I include my AMCAS ID or is that also trying too hard?
