Hi all,

I go to a VERY large public university(Texas A&M) and they do not do committee letters for anyone, just letter packets. Frankly, I don't want to be reliant on them to upload something that does not provide any evaluation of me, possibly putting my application behind schedule or something like that.

Would it hurt me at all to just use Interfolio and collect the letters myself and avoid our premed office entirely or do you all think some schools would frown on that?

Thanks!

My extremely large public university (T20) had no pre-med office and i had 0 communication with any advisors let alone any committee letter or letter packets. Used interfolio, which my professors knew how to use thankfully, and had all individual letters and had no issues.
