I seem to remember each school having their own list....but they all were covered by the famous 2 sciences and 1 non science LOR.

I busted my butt to get mine including a LOR 4 years atfer I took a class....thankfully I kept in contact with my orgo professor through the years.

Good luck man.

Hey,

I was in the same dilemma as yourself; I was out of school for over 3 years and was having trouble securing my second science letter. I thought I was finished and wouldn't even get a chance to get past the secondary stage. Well, I called the schools and spoke w/ someone at admissions and gave them the situation. Both schools that I had applied to accomadated me.

One school WesternU(COMP) told me to email them back w/a list of three alternates who would write a letter on my behalf. I chose a medical resident who is a good friend, and two previous supervisors. They let me choose.

The other school (TUCOM) got the same list. They told me to submit letters from all three recommenders. I was more than happy to.

So, in short, the answer to your question, the LOR requirement isn't necessarily set in stone. They were willing to accomadate me and others from what the admissions staffers told me. Just one more reason why I'm glad I applied to those schools. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to PM me.
