letters from programs

What should I make of a letter that says "I wish you good fortune for a successful match and hope that ***** will rank highly with you." They didn't say too much about wanting me there...would you view this as a negative thing or just not overly positive?:p

Yeah, thanks for the reply. That's kind of what I figured...I just don't know if they send real positive letters to other people. I've gotten much better letters from other programs, it's too bad that this one came from my top choice.

Don't sweat it at all man. At least that letter wasn't chocked full of as much decision altering flattery as some of letters I've heard about/seen. They are all mass produced. Only ones that I've noticed to be genuine are hand written cards containing content specific to personal topics discussed at my interview. Keep the faith and go where you feel you fit in.:thumbup:
