Letters of Evaluation, who to address?

So I'm slightly confused as to who I should have my writers address my letters to......with grad school they would ask for all the school names, for the dental app theat theyll be e-submitting should in just be a general letter or should it be addressed to a particular organization or school that I'll be applying at? Sorry for my ignorance, the AADSAS doesnt do a very good job of explaining this to me.

I suppose I'd just address it to, "To whom it may concern," or "Dear members of the admissions committee,"
