Letters of Recommendation clarification

Hey,

"You must create an entry for each letter of evaluation being sent to AMCAS. Up to 10 letter entries may be created. Letter entries may continuously be added throughout the application process; however, after submission of your application, letter entries can not be edited or deleted."

Does this mean that even after I submit the application I can login to my account and add information about new referees, or "throughout the application process" mean before you hit the submit button? Can someone please clarify this?

As far as I know, you won't be able to edit the information. Unless you're planning on sending 10 letters, though, this shouldn't be a problem since you can always create a new entry and not send the first letter to any schools. I'm not all that sure though. You can add letters until the app closes.
 
Can you add what letters you want to send to what medical schools AFTER you have submitted your application to AMCAS?
