Does pharmCAS list the schools you are applying to for the people writing your recommendation letters ? Or is it just a generic electronic form that they send out to the recommender?

Your references will only write one letter and then upload it through a link that PharmCAS provides (or through mail). That LOR is then replicated and forwarded to each designation you make. So, your references will not have to write a letter for each school.
