Levels of status with AACOMAS

Hey everyone,

I am wondering what levels of status there are when you submit your primary.

What progress can you follow between submitting your primary and AACOMAS sending your app out to your designated schools? After that?

I don't follow, are you asking what can yo do after you finish the AACOMAS master application? If that is your question, then make sure you check out they calculated your GPA and science GPA correctly (they messed mine up) and check to see when the primary was sent out (it will appear in the corner). After it shows they were sent out at a certain date and the gpa and stuff are correct, then you just wait for the secondaries to come in.

When you get your first secondary, inform your undergrad pre-med committee to send your committee letter to all the schools you applied to (my school had virtual evals, so it depends on your undergrad). Then fill out all the secondaries you get and mail them out. Once they are all mailed out, give it about a week, and call all the schools you applied to w/ secondaries to make sure they received it. You might want to also call your undergrad and make sure that they sent the committee letter out (my school sent me a postcard when all the letters were sent out).

when your designation says NEW it means that your apps have been mailed.
