It's amazing to me that Levitra is on the military drug formulary....why!?

The drug clearly sucks...if you're going to have a PDE5, why not Cialis? Costs about the same and better "effects" with limited ADR. If not Cialis, than why not Viagra? Side effects are close to nil...just seems ridiculous when compared to Levitra.../rant
 
And yes, I know that the Germans (Bayer) and GSK drug reps are sucking US Government d*&$...no need to tell me about the pricing
 
I wouldnt say that side effects are close to nil. Besides major hypotension problems, you also got blurred vision, headaches, and flushing. Its funny that their commericals show a couple (usually a masculine guy), in a bath tub drinking glass of wine, etc. Its a vasodilator as it is, and the water in the tub/jacuzzi sure isnt cold. . . in addition to drinking wine (rather excessive or not), i can see them getting up too quickly and immediately falling to the ground.
