Would a potential misdemeanor for a driving infraction prohibit a person from license transferring to another state-or that state issuing you a license? Have not seen or heard of this being asked before. I know that it is on a case by case basis......

It shouldn't but the state board will want a copy of your court notes (not sure which ones specifically) and since it dealt with your driving, most likely they'll want a copy of your driving record.

Your file will be sent to the enforcement unit which will add time to your processing. If you have everything sent in together, it will certainly expedite your application process.

Edit: Sorry that was for CA. Not sure about other state boards specifically
