Cliff's AP Statement: The majority of the light reactions occur on the stroma membrane in chloroplast

I'm assuming by stroma membrane they mean thlakoid membrane? Any opinions

Yeh I was 100% sure light reactions happen in thylakoids of course but apparently in this question it happens in the stroma membrane, whatever the stroma membrane is
