Lilly Pathophysiology of Heart Dz- 3rd or 4th ed?

Any big differences between the slightly older (Dec 2002) and new (Dec 2006) editions? I have found most books are the same from year to year, but if anyone knows of any major updates in the 4th, please advise.

Beyond the pharm stuff in there, I think they were pretty identical. But if you are going to buy a copy to keep, I would get the 4th. It's a fantastic book that I'm sure you'll reference down the line. Might as well get the newer edition.

i agree w/ uegis ... believe it or not, i used lilly during medicine and peds rotations to help understand physical exam and physio of congenital heart disease - it was golden b/c sometimes review books just can't beat real paragraphs (although these times are VERY VERY FEW) ...
