What are your practice patterns regarding patients needing invasive catheters where wire/catheter may enter RV (PA catheters, tandem heart, RV biopsy etc) in patients who have had Micra implantation? Our cardiologists are recommending waiting 3 months after implantation before challenging with any wires, but there doesn't seem to be any data. Medtronic also agrees that "there are no specific guidelines on this topic." I'm unconvinced that waiting should make a big difference in stability of the device but am curious to see everyone's thoughts.
