Do I really need to list ALL of the universities that I attended on my AMCAS application? Here's what happened...
I attended a university from Fall 2008 to Spring 2009 as a freshman. I made terrible grades. I guess I just wasn't focused enough. I withdrew after the Spring 2009 semester. My GPA was like a 1.8.
So, in Spring 2010, I enrolled in another university. My grades are great! I have a 3.8 GPA. I never transferred my credits from my old school. I started all over. I really do not want to include those grades on my application or send the AAMC the transcript from my old school, since I started all over, and even my new school does not know that I attended a university back in 2008. Do I really need to put my old school down on my application? Is it possible that they can find out that I was enrolled in a university back in 2008, even though I did not transfer my old credits to my new school? The only reason I am asking is because, while doing the application, it said send transcripts from ALL schools attended...but how will they know?
