Were you paid? I would put this under work experience or volunteer activities.
Some people do have a section in their CV titled Book Reviews, but that is usually for published reviews.
If I understand correctly, you volunteered or were paid to edit a book. You call it a book review, but this is pre-publication right?
Once the book was formally published, you should have adjusted your review to be more of a critique and tried to get it published, assuming you weren't paid for the original editing.
