Frieda is helping a lot actually now that I'm used to that website.

I want to develop a low tier as well though.

So like 1/3 lower tier, 1/3 more middlish, and 1/3 better programs (not Yale stuff though.)

Any suggestions for how to select a lower tier other than them not being academic institutions?

Completely depends on a list of different factors (e.g. - location, career goals, etc).

You might be better off posting in the "what are my chances" thread above, and give some specific personal info including year in med school, US versus FMG, maybe some performance info (step scores, clerkship performance, etc.)
