In case anyone is interested, I started compiling a list of online masters degree programs in statistics/applied statistics. These are not MPH programs and will generally require undergraduate work in calculus through multivariable calculus, linear algebra, computer programming, and some undergraduate stats. I created this list for anyone who might be interested in pursuing additional stats training beyond what is typically found in medical or public health school. If you have anything to add, just reply to this thread and I will try to keep it updated.

Colorado State University - Master of applied statistics, serves as a terminal degree (i.e., you cannot go on to a PhD). 31 credits, $21,049.
Columbia University - Little information is offered on the website regarding the setup of the program and the tuition.
