Exactly as the title. I tried looking for posts but couldnt find what i was looking for. I'm wondering if anyone has a list of the schools, with their % of bachelor degree cs non bachelor, and % of out of state acceptance.

I'm guessing you're going to have to do your own research on this one. None of the schools I applied to officially required a BA/BS. For one of them, it was basically an unwritten requirement, one it was common, and for the last you were an over-achiever if you already had a degree. Just look at the stats pages on the admissions websites of schools you're interested in. If you can't find those stats... call and ask.

Agree with above. There is a list, I think on the aacp.org website, that indicates whether a bacchelor degree is required for acceptance. You'd probably have to call the schools that don't require it to find out if it's one of those "expected but not required" situations. I believe I saw one or two schools that listed percentages on their websites, but I'm pretty sure the majority don't.

I think it would be easier to find a list of schools that DO require a bachelor's and then go from there, I think there's only a handful at this point. Also, private schools generally take a lot of out of state students while public schools don't (though that mysteriously changed at my school...~5 out of state students to 40 in one year=$$$)

It would help to also know what area of the country you are looking at, unless that's not really an issue for you. I mean, I could type a whole response based off the southeast, but that's not going to help if you have no intention of ever going to school here. lol

Anyway, I know my school does not have a bachelor's degree requirement for example, BUT they will tell you that it's greatly preferred. In fact the requirements were just changed from 60 credits (or two years) of college to 90 credits (or about 3 years)... so yeah... you might as well just get a degree in that case.

My school is also private and has TONS of out of state students, so that's a benefit if you don't like your state and want to leave... lol

It just depends...

Delano doesn't have a bachelors and he's got accepted to the University of Pacific, in California 😀

From the schools I'm looking at they show their percentages on their website.
