List of universities that prefer Green Card

While browsing various threads, I found that the following prefer green cards:

University of Gainesville, Florida
University of Chicago, Illinois
University of,Farmington, Connecticut
State University of Buffalo, New York

Anything else, please add.

If green card hasn't come yet, will EAD be sufficient ?

no EAD is not sufficient.. u need actual GC. having applied for it doesn't suffice.

they don't only prefer GC, you MUST have GC, without it you cannot apply to the univ.; good luck!

if your adjustment of status is already approved (I-485) and you got your passport stamped with the alien registration number, that is the only thing you need to prove that you are a permanent resident. you really do not need the actual card.
