Should lab and lecture be listed separately (as on the transcript) if the grade/credits for lab and lecture are combined? For example, BIOL 101 A, 4 credits (lecture), and BIOL 101 LL, 0 credits (lab)

Yes, your supposed to put it EXACTLY as it appears on your transcript. For Lecture you can put your A and lab just put P for pass.

vb319, yep report your courses exactly how they appear on your transcript-listed separately. WithHeart, when I filled out PharmCAS there was a drop down menu that had some different options. One of them was Lecture/Lab combined or something like that. That's how you indicate they were combined. My school did the same thing with Bio.

pretty sure there is a checkbox for science course "lab included" then you select 4 credits instead of 3. That is what I did and my gpa was calculated just fine.

thanks guys... it actually turns out that one version of my transcript (pdf rather than the other one on my school webpage) includes the lab with the lecture - I figure that's how my official transcript would work so I listed them together on pharmcas
