Does anyone know of a resource that has listings of all the major topics in stroke or neurocritical care? In medical school a cardiology fellow led me to such a webpage for cardiologists. Does such a thing exist for all major trials in Stroke or NCC? For example starting with the NINDS rt-PA study group all the way to IMS3 and MR RESCUE. My attendings are always referring to trials that I have often never heard of or don't remember. It would be nice to have a resource that compiles all major trials.

Sorry, but I find your comment odd. I'm a practicing stroke and critical care neurologist. I consider myself well-read and evidence-based. I just didn't use strokecenter.org. Does not using the same web resources as you make me some sort of troglodyte?

The internet is so big - amazing. I feel pretty plugged into the internet in general, but how can we be aware of all resources at our disposal? We are still reliant on word of mouth, and if you don't hear, you don't see. Makes me wonder what I'm missing out there.

Also, there is always danger in using aggregator services of any sort. As an example, on strokecenter.org you can find out that CLEAR-III is enrolling but there is nothing about the results of CLEAR-IVH. So these things are great, but nothing beats a good pubmed search (when the government re-funds it, that it).

And HamHock, I love the reason for your deleting your post! Funny stuff.
