listing prerequisite classes on secondaries

Ok, filling out some secondaries, need a little help here. Let's say a secondary asks you to list your premed classes on their form, specifically bio prereqs. If I got a B in a lower division class, but As in upper division classes, can I list these? Most forms, if they ask about your prereqs, give you 4 spaces (about 8 hours, including lab). Is it my choice which classes to enter or is it strictly chronological? Also, what about content? Would an UD physiology class take priority over a LD evolution class? Thanks!
