I submitted my livescan fingerprints on July 1st. The FBI responded on July 3rd, but the California response is STILL in process! After almost 2 months!!! Meanwhile my potential employers are waiting, my loan interest in accruing, and I extremely frustrated.
There seems to be no transparency in the system. All I am told is that it may take up to 90 days. 90 DAYS! are you kidding me??
Advice anybody?
