Hi, I got accepted into VCU. Right now I live in northern Virginia so I have to move to a closer place to the dental school. I don't mind driving 30-40 min to school. I need good residetial area suitable for my family with good schools please. If anyone familiar with the area please I need your advice.
Thank u so much for ur help

If you don't mind driving 30 minutes to VCU dental school, you have a ton of choices you can choose from. The west end of Richmond is the best, especially near short pump.

i agree with west end being the best for families...a lot of families live off of parham road off rte 64...some popular complexes include Legacy at Mayland, and Chelsea...check them out online..they're about 15-20 min drive from the school..i lived downtown this past year but am moving out to west end tomorrow (FINALLY!) i am so pumped haha..it just gets really loud downtown and i'm not a big partier

anymore questions let me know 😀

Thank you very much pals for the reply. I need a townhouse or a family house & not apartment because I have 3 kids. Your posts are helpful though.
I heared James River high school is a good one so I'm trying to look for something within that zoon. However I'm still open to your suggestions!!
Appreciate all the help.
Thank you

We just reserved a spot at Legacy at Mayland. looks like a pretty cool place. for townhouses nearby checkout Pemberton Oaks or Pemberton Green maybe?
