I go to a state school. I have a good Lizzy M score (3.8/34) but I come from a state school (MSU). Can we get a modification for the LizzyM that's for state schools and not ivies/public ivies?

Does one exist?

I think that if we modify the LizzyM score for state schools, then we're gonna have to modify it for URM status, for if you applied early or late, for whether you attended an ivy league for undergrad, or modify for how many WD's you have and modify if your MCAT score is imbalanced and modify for if you have a criminal record to the point that the LizzyM score will just be completely arbitrary.

I just think there's certain things we can't quantify and this is one of them because all medical schools have different degrees to which they take into account state residency.

Would that be an 'up' modification or a down one?

MSU is the kind of school everyone's heard about, that should neither help (Ivy) nor hurt (Podunk CC) your application.

I agree. The LizzyM score is the LizzyM score. Just give yourself a + or - given certain factors and apply. It's just a reference number.

Why would you need to modify your score if you attend a state school? Your not put at any disadvantage. Now wether or not those who attend ivy's should be afforded a slight advantage is debatable. But in the scope of how the LizzyM score is used I don't think that going to a state or ivy will be a factor. I had similar stats to you. 4.0/33 and used the lizzym scores to pick my school list (I go to a state school). I applied to 20 schools got 14 interviews I think, attended 10 and am matriculating to a top 10. LizzyM score was great in that it helped me choose a realistic list and I was just fortunate enough to get in one of the reaches I picked. Best of luck.
