There's about an 80% chance I will want to specialize (ortho) and ultimately practice in California. Will one school over the other be better suited to help me match into a program?

Even generally speaking, what can/should a school offer that will increase a student's chance of specializing?

Also feel free to add any important or even subtle pros/cons of each school
