I was wondering when is the soonest I can get private loan money.

I really want to move closer to school and start adjusting to living in the city (i'm a complete suburbanite). Plus I would like to have maybe a sublet or two to see how much I like a neighborhood as each has distinctive character and demographic. This of course requires more money than I currently have.
