For anyone doing a phd program (i'm doing clinical psych), can you still receive a federal loan (stafford, gradplus, etc) even if you have tuition remission and a stipend? I'm happy to have the remission and stipend, but i know that they won't be enough to cover my cost of living in such an expensive area. any feedback would be greatly appreciated!
