hey,
i am an international student who has just recieved a canadian green card status.....my husband(to be)is working in the US for 4-5 yrs and has a good credit history.if i am accepted into dental school in the US i was wondering if we could get loans from canadian banks without a cosigner,without having lived or worked in canada on the basis of my fiancee's US credit history.if so how much is the maximum loan that we may get without a cosigner?
i tried posting this question in the international forum but no reply...please can someone here help me?

I don't know if you're qualified for it but they loan out to Canadian citizens going to school in America. You can borrow a tonne of money from them without a co-signer.

Hopefully this gives you somewhere to start looking anyway.
