First of all, I have been recently researching PM&R and really like the field. The only drawback is i am greatly interrested in a rural or small town practice in Tennessee. Is PM&R compatible with a small town practice? I understand that most referrals come form Orthopedic surgeons, so is orthopedics the limiting factor? Thanks
