Any good ideas for snacks to keep in my locker at school? I'm wanting things that won't go bad/can stay there indefinitely. Though there is also a fridge I can store things in if you think of longish-term fridge things. Carbs seem to make me hungrier quicker so protein bars aren't great for me. So far I've thought of almonds...and that's it. Any more ideas?

Mm, snacks.

At the beginning of third year I put a case of diet dr pepper and a dozen clif bars in my locker.

When I had to clean out my locker for graduation I took out the ten remaining clif bars and 11 leftover DDPs.

I generally find the "there's no time to eat!" Thing to be overblown

You do know that protein ≠ carbohydrate, right?

Also, you're not six years old. Pack your own lunch.

Almonds, Life Choice brand protein bars (they're cheap with a good amount of protein), peanut butter, whiskey.

You do know things that contain protein can also contain a lot of carbohydrates, right?

The thing is though, if you guys don't tell me what to eat, I will literally starve to death. I didn't start this frivolous and light-hearted thread on a whim. I wasn't slightly hungry and bored of studying biochem and daydreaming about having something delicious to eat. I am actually mentally and physically incapable of packing my own food. Because I am six years old.

I second beef jerky! Also like to keep some fruit leather and trail mix in my locker and a couple apples and a couple yogurts in the break room fridge.

Hope this helps... plz dont starve 2 death!!!!!!!

Am I in pre-allo?

Honestly, what kind of response were you looking for? Were you wanting someone to post dietary guidelines? Or for someone to tell you what kind of pretzels they like best? Or how much they looooove coconut water? Seriously?

It's obvious that some people talk just to hear their own voice (even if it is an e-voice).
