Bread and butter pain procedures.
2.5K per day 2 consecutive days in a row Friday and Saturday
Start at 2 days a month and can go to 4 days a month.
No medical management.
Need a physician who is kind and easy to get a long with.

Need is to help decompress a busy practice.

PM me

how many injections per day?
how many hours is the workday?
Location?
PI vs insured?

Not personal injured, insured. 35 max procedures. Maybe up to 4 RFAs but doesn’t have to be in schedule. If you can do it in 8 hours not including lunch.
2 days a week up to 2 times a month.

Friday and Saturday.

Board certified pain and maybe midlevel deciding on procedures. Not like a chiropractor clinic or anything.

so $70 per epidural/mbb/rfa????
wow......

After collections etc but I think it works to $85. No RFA really just bread and butter easy procedures

Are you saying 5k per day?

Yep.
Most anesthesia trained pain docs can do easy anesthesia work for $4000/day as locums.
You're also asking someone to give up a weekend on top of that.

I would be very surprised to see anyone take on the liability and fast pace nature of 35 injections for $2500....

Yeah hospitals and anesthesia can pay that but not private practice pain.

Plus this is easy work for that money: no clinic no worrying about much since everything is teed up.

Maybe that is the compromise. A base rate and then a percent collections if that exceeds the base rate. I pay $2000 per day for clinic coverage. No fluoro based procedures. Only do this once a year for vacation.

I saw you own part of a surgery center.
If these cases are being in a surgery center, then its extremely poor payment.

I wouldn't call 35 procedures a day easy work vs sitting the stool for 3-4 cases for anesthesia.

you still havent mentioned the location.

I am applying for a CON for one in WV but haven’t been granted that.

ASCs are great if you own a good percentage as discussed in other threads

i wish this was as big of a scheme as you guys are making this out to be ha ha ah
