Does anybody have any experience with locum tenens? If so, how did it go?

What company did you use to secure the spot? Any tips on what to look for or watch out for in contracts? Generally, did you find the contracts predatory? Was there room for negotiation (responsibilities, call, salary, housing...etc)?

I don't really know any derms that do locums. Not sure why. Possibly not offered much? Possibly because its easy to get a full tome job that pays better than locums?
