Anyone out there with experience in locum tenens in OBGYN? Would love to hear your experiences and get advice on selecting a position. Was it a temporary situation for you or did you move on to something else?

I am also interested in hearing re: people's experiences with locum tenens, particularly for new graduates. What kind of support, if any, do you have at your placements? What were some of the unforeseen obstacles? Or perks?

I have 2-3 years of flexibility after graduation. Would love to pay off my student loan debt (about $80K) and wouldn't mind traveling. Trying to decide between locum tenens vs. NHSC position.

Any advice/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
