I'm in bit of a predicament. I made the mistake of not making very many "relationships" with many of my science related professors. Currently I have LOE from two dentists, a chemistry professor, and one non-science related professor. I need one more LOE from from a science professor (preferably bio) but I have no idea who to ask!

Email some of your old bio professors and ask to schedule a meeting. That way you can tell the professor more about yourself, interests, goals, etc. and have a better understanding of you as a person. I'd also give them a copy of your personal statement, transcript, and resume.
Also, you don't need 2 LOEs from dentists, you're going to have to drop one of them b/c AADSAS only allows you to submit 4. It's a possibility you can send the LOE from the second dentist directly to the school if they allow it.
