LOE Matching Forms Question- School's LOE Service

Hi guys!

I'm really confused+worried right now....
So I'm using my school's LOE Service (UW Career Center LOE service) for my LOEs. I was wondering if I still have to get the AADSAS LOE matching forms signed by my evaluators and what I would do with those if I did get them?

Could anyone who has used a similar service (their school's LOE service) share what they did? Thanks in advance!!

My school does a LOE service. We don't list the individual people I don't think, even though I had to go get letters from different professors myself. We list it as a committee letter and put down the person in charge of sending the letters name and school address information.

I intend to drop by their office tomorrow to ask that exact question. Hopefully my school's LOE service also does it through a committee format b/c getting individual matching forms to my evaluators at this point would really delay me.

I used my school's letter services as well, I just gave them the matching forms and that was it. I didnt have to get my professors sign them.
