when the loe are "completed" does the status date represent when they were completed or when they are mailed out? thanks!

The status date indicates the date the recommender submitted their LOE, not when it was mailed out (mine has status dates of 6/3/ 6/5, etc.)

Either that or it may be available immediately after they submit it if they do it electronically. Not positive on that though.
