Hey everyone,

My committee adviser just said that she uploaded my committee letter, but it is not showing up on the AADSAS portal. Do any of you know if there is a delay between when the letter is uploaded and when it shows up on AADSAS?

...or should it show up immediately?

Hmm, it seemed to me that it should be rather quick. During my cycle a professor that was incredibly late in uploading did so early in the AM on the east coast and it was in my application the same morning.

Perhaps it takes longer with a committee letter? I suggest waiting a day at least, then contacting ADEA for verification, at least that's what I would do. 🙂

By no means am I an expert, but perhaps the folks at AADSAS have to do something in addition to the electronic submission. I know that AADSAS is closed today for "professional development" so perhaps that has something to do with it. Again, I don't know if I'm correct but perhaps this can help you relax until tomorrow anyways when you can call and get a direct answer.

My committee letter was uploaded last Tuesday and AADSAS immediately sent me a notification. I would def call to see what's up.

Also, AADSAS verified my GPA today, so I don't think they were actually closed...

Hmmm. My committee adviser asked me if I had received an email yet. That leads me to believe that she at least tried to upload it.

For those of you above, did your letter get uploaded during business hours? Because my adviser sent me the email right after 5 pm.

I wonder what is going on.

Committee letter was around 2pm and LOR from dentist was 10:30pm. so it doesnt have to do with the after 5pm mark.
