Can i e-submit my app before AADSAS recieves my LOEs?

It worked for me. Actually you don't need to submit your letters of recommendation before the printout is mailed. Whenever AADSAS gets your LORs they will mail them to the dental schools for you along with your printouts if the printout have not been sent. Hope this helps.
