log question

Okay so this is really a buffer question but I know how to do the HH equation.

I get to the part where log[A-]/[HA]=.65

But I dont know how to get to [A-]/[HA] = 4.5
Kaplan doesn't really explain how to solve this and it is the next step after the expression above.So how do I get that? Thanks guys.

10 ^ 0.65 = 4.5

4.5 = [A-] / [HA]
