Hey guys. Starting my EMG rotation tomorrow. I have heard conflicting information regarding logging EMG/NCS. Are they supposed to be logged per patient or per limb? I have heard people even logging H-reflex and F wave separately. If I do that, hitting 200 would take 3-4 months or less. If I log per patient I am might just hit 200 patients by the time I graduate. Thanks.

per pt, then what you did on them

agreed, per patient, you should be logging in the acgme website - it's pretty basic, in the comment section write what you did so you have a record of interesting cases

We usually code 95999 on every patient and then you can type in the details of the study in the comments section.
