Logging question

I was told we need to log 1,000 podiatry clinic encounters, but recently read the cpme document that says at least 1,000 podiatry clinic encounters have to be available to the resident. Does anyone know whether they actually have to be logged? We were logging clinic encounters under the PM&S 24 system as Problem focused H&P, but this option is not available under the PMSR option of the logging website. Thanks for any info.

OP actually failed residency because he only logged 982 clinical encounters. Last I heard he works at domino’s
