Received an email I was placed on the "Alternate List". What are my chances of getting in? Is anybody in the same boat?

No one can answer this question...other than to say your chances are better than a rejected applicant and worse than an accepted applicant. How do we know what rank you are on the wait list? I know it's very frustrating, but no one on here honestly knows your status. You may be better off calling Ms. Cindy in the Admissions Office and asking her your approximate rank on the list, if that would make you feel better. This is at the risk of seeming very impatient, but that's your prerogative. Just relax and let the process take place, being all upset about it does you no good. I remember when I was waiting and it was driving me nuts, you have to find something to do with your time, else it will run you crazy. Best of luck to you!!! Hope to meet you soon!

Does anyone know when the second deposit for accepted students is due at Loma Linda?

Hey there Medstudent! I checked my ADEA DS Handbook and it looks like LLU only has 1 deposit. For those accepted in December, they have 30 days to send their deposit and those accepted in January or later have 15 days to send their deposit. Keeping my fingers crossed for you!

When did you guys interview? I interviewed back in December and I'm still waiting for a response. i talked to Cindy after April 1st since they gave me that window of Dec-April 1st and she said they haven't made a decision. bleh I hate this waiting game
