Loma Linda LOR from Spiritual Leader

Hi everyone,

I spent a lot of time looking for an answer in a previous thread, but I couldn't find anything conclusive. I called Loma Linda today, and I was told that we are to provide the email address of our spiritual leader in the secondary application, and then an email will be sent to that spiritual leader with an evaluation form with a series of questions. I was under the impression that an actual letter was submitted, not a form to be filled out. If this is the case, is anyone familiar with the form so that I can provide the questions to my spiritual leader ahead of time? I'm still working on my primary application right now, but I want to give him as much time as possible to complete the evaluation form.

I was originally going to ask him to write a letter for me, but this doesn't seem appropriate if it's a form with specific questions. I did find a recommendation form online, and I wonder if it is similar (or maybe even the same one for dental).

Hey @sake,

I ended up just including the email address of my spiritual leader in the application. Loma Linda doesn't provide the questions beforehand, and your spiritual leader will just submit the reference from the link provided by Loma Linda. Hope that makes sense!

Yay thank you! So it was just like aadsas rec letter submission? My spiritual leader asked me and I didn't know the answer ><

I believe they ask a specific set of questions so it's not as open-ended. It's straightforward and it shouldn't take much time. I would encourage your spiritual leader to complete it as soon as possible. It should be easy!
