the campus is only 5 mins from where my parents live and its actually my #1 school of choice. the campus is pretty nice....and basically loma linda is a very small town near other small town...so its more of a slow pace setting...and they are very religious...as their motto is "service is our calling"

oh...great...as a Richard Dawkins fan, I'm sure I'll fit right in...

check out prior SDN threads.....
I don't think the % of SDA students is that high. I'm not SDA and I got in. If you aren't SDA but are still a dedicated student who has a service oriented mind you def have a chance of getting in.
I agree with this...it's about 40-50% adventist students. Which means that you still got a good shot of getting in.

i heard the experience you get with paitients is above par and they have service opportunites while you are in school. my friend went on a mission trip during his first year with the school. if you are a service or desire to go on mission trips, this school would be a right choice.
Thanks for the input guys. I've thought about it, and decided not to apply there. As I said earlier in this thread, I'm more of a Dawkins fan, so inevitably at the interview a question of religion would creep in (despite it being wrong), and the only way to get a chance of being accepted would be to lie. Not my style.
