It has recently come to my attention that Loma Linda has an integrated plastics & reconstruction program. Apart from this seeming more than a little paradoxical, it reminded me of the less-than-flexible "code" that entering LLU medical students have to sign. Is it a similar situation with residents, or are the residency programs more laissez-faire? How important is the "faith" aspect of the hospital to residency training? FWIW, I am a Christian, but I am, shall we say, less than reliably observant.
