So, I was just trying to figure out why things like hypercalcemia will cause a prolonged PR and a shortened QT. I'm a little rusty on cardio stuff so I was just trying to relate it to what I know about the different phases for cardiac APs for both ventricular and pacemakers but couldn't come up with anything. Anyone mind going through the reason behind this?
